John Deere/Great Dane 25hp 61" Zero turn.
This is the second machine as one has already been done and sold.
These machines are built by John Deere, the chassis and running gear, are the same as the Z717, Z727 model zero turn’s. All parts have John Deere part numbers and have been replaced by original John Deere parts. The only difference between the Great Dane and the John Deere models as mentioned above is the colour and the cutting deck as JD run a press deck and this machine has a fabricated deck.
Kawasaki 25hp V twin air cooled engine, has been fully serviced.
61” cutting deck is a fabricated deck, has been stripped down repaired and sent to powder coaters, reconditioned spindles, new idler’s and belt to be fitted. Lift hinges have new pins and bushes fitted.
Caster wheels and posts fitted with new bearings and seals. New caster wheel, tyre’s fitted.
Wiring has all terminals soldered exposed wiring harnessed, as all our machines are done.

•John Deere L series ride on mower overhauls. Mower is completely stripped down to bare chassis and rebuilt from ground up. Fender deck, cutting deck, instrument pedestal and battery box sand blasted and powder coated. Deck has all stress cracks repaired, new spindle adaptors welded in place, making deck stronger then supplied by manufacturer. Engine reconditioned. Transmission reconditioned. All bushes bearings and belts replaced front wheels now fitted with bearings doing away with the steel bushes giving the spindles a longer running life. These machines are in as new condition when complete and ready to cut grass.

Services start from $180 and include
• Clean down machine, Valve clearance adjustment and Coil air gap adjustment.
• Change oil. Replace oil filter, replace air filter, replace spark plug and lubricate all points that require lubrication. Full Service report also included.
